Plastisol Thermal Transfers

Plastisol transfers are one of the most popular garment decorations available and are widely used throughout the construction and fashion industries eg. from high-viz jackets, promotional
t-shirts, shirts, blouse, ties, scarf’s, baseball caps, polo sweats, fleeces, jackets, sports bags and much more.
 
A heat-applied plastisol transfer will be as permanent as a direct print and in most circumstances nearly indistinguishable.

What are Plastisol Transfers?

Plastisol Transfers are screen-printed on a special paper. The resulting print is called transfer. 
 
When applied to a T-shirt (or other textile), the garment is placed in a heat press. The transfer is placed on top of the garment, ink side down and then pressed.
 
The heat and pressure applied will force the ink into the garment. When the paper is peeled off the shirt, the ink remains behind.
